National Programme Administrator

Tracey completed her undergraduate degree in Technology education in the University of Limerick before continuing on to complete the EHS Structured Research Masters Programme in 2021 under the supervision of Professor Merrilyn Goos and Dr. Regina Kelly. Tracey’s thesis was titled “An Investigation of the impact of an industry-focused gender intervention on the self-perceptions and career aspirations of female undergraduate students in the STEM disciplines.”

Tracey’s research interests are in the areas of STEM Education, and Gender inclusivity in STEM Education.

Tracey holds the position of National PDMT Programme Administrator in the EPI-STEM Centre where she is the student’s main point of contact for the Postgraduate Diploma of Mathematics Teaching Programme.
