Biography
Samuel Brzyskiewicz is the Research Coordinator of the EPI•STEM Academy of STEM Teachers at EPI•STEM The National Centre for STEM Education, a research centre located in the School of Education, University of Limerick. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Chemistry with Concurrent Teacher Education and is currently undertaking a PhD examining the evolution of school digital leaders roles and responsibilities and emerging challenges in light of the rapidly expanding influence of technology on education, with a particular focus on sustainability.
Samuel has contributed to several national and international research initiatives, including the Digital Teacher Academy (ERASMUS+) Project, the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) Junior Cycle Review, the OTTER Project, and the HEA PATH 1 Project.
Samuel’s research interests include educational technologies, digital leadership in education, sustainability, and teachers’ continuing professional development in STEM and in STEAM education.
