Martha Cosgrave

Martha Cosgrave graduated from the University of Limerick in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science (Education) in Biology and Chemistry. She is currently undertaking a PhD under the supervision of Professor Geraldine Mooney Simmie at the University of Limerick. Martha’s research explores senior cycle curriculum reform, with a particular focus on its implications for teacher wellbeing, professional identity, and school culture. Through this work, Martha aims to contribute to informed policy development and support sustainable, meaningful change in post-primary education contexts.
