The 30 students in this year’s WiSTEM2D Programme attended a career workshop in early February organised by the WiSTEM2D Co-Ordinator and the individual Award winners. The evening was a great success with the students and their mentors in great discussion on their career aspirations and what the next step for them is. Johnson and Johnson speakers on the night were 3 females who gave great insight into their progression and challenges they faced.
These speakers discussed Linked In, opportunities in J&J as well as their backgrounds and how they got to where they are now. The students loved meeting one another in a productive and informal atmosphere where they heard from people who were once in their shoes.
